What is the scam?
A website is operating at 'https://fosterross.com/' misusing the name of Cheshire Estate and Legal Limited (trading as CEL Solicitors) (see below) and claiming to be regulated by the SRA.
The website provides an email address of 'info@foster-ross.com' and the telephone numbers of '+441224008930' and '+116473669608'. The website also provides the addresses of '425 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2A5, Canada', 'Limmatquai 4, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland', 'Kurfürstendamm 30, 10719 Berlin, Germany' and 'Lower Road, London SE16 2XB, United Kingdom'.
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm called 'Foster Ross'.
Any business or transaction through the above contact details or website is not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Is there a genuine firm or person?
