- When acting for Client A in a transfer of property X, he failed to provide Client A with any or adequate information regarding the terms of his instruction and client care arrangements, or advice on the transaction.
- When acting for Client A on the transfer of property X (which is also the subject of allegation 1), he communicated with or through JR and took instructions on aspects of the transaction from JR, who is Client A's son and the transferee on the transaction.
The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
