Warning: Website profile for 'Stephanie Sanchez' misusing the SRA number of Stephanie Code

A profile has been set up on the website 'www.fiverr.com' misusing the SRA number of a genuine solicitor and purporting to offer legal services.
What is the scam?
The SRA has been informed of a profile on the freelance services marketplace Fiverr with the name 'Stephanie Sanchez'. This profile purports to be for an individual who is 'a UK employment law layer and legal consultant' who provides advice and drafting services on employment contracts, dismissals, redundancy, settlement agreements, workplace disputes, and HR compliance The SRA has also been informed that the profile also suggests that the individual is regulated by the SRA and quotes a genuine SRA number (see below).
Any business or transaction through the profile 'Stephanie Sanchez' on the website Fiverr is not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Is there a genuine firm or person?
The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine solicitor called Stephanie Code, whose genuine SRA ID number is 148642.
Stephanie Code has confirmed that they do not have any connection to the profile referred to in the above alert.
What should I do?
When a firm's or individual's identity has been copied exactly (or cloned), due diligence is necessary.
